In connection with the entry into force on 25 May 2018 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95 /46/WE, (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR"), Scherl Holding Sp. z o. o. based in 33-300 Nowy Sącz, Jagiellońska 25, NIP: 7343556054; informs you that you have the following rights related to the processing of your personal data.
The administrator of your personal data is Scherl Holding Sp. z o. o., using the assigned NIP number: 7343556054, and REGON: 369456056 with its registered office in 33-300 Nowy Sącz, Jagiellońska 25.

Your personal data will be processed:
in order to send you information and accounting documents in connection with the services provided (hosting, marketing and other),
in order to send you information and marketing content, if you have consented to it - the legal basis for the processing of personal data is the legitimate interest of Scherl Holding Sp. z o. o. (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR); legitimate interest of Scherl Holding Sp. z o. o. involves sending you marketing content during the period of providing services to you electronically or by post
for the purpose of fulfilling the legal obligations of Scherl Holding Sp. z o. o. pursuant to generally applicable legal provisions, including tax and accounting provisions - the legal basis for the processing of personal data is Art. 6 section 1 letter c GDPR,
for analytical and statistical purposes - the legal basis for the processing of personal data is the legitimate interest of Scherl Holding Sp. z o. o. (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, the legitimate interest of Scherl Holding Sp. z o. o. is to analyze the results of business activities,
in order to implement the legally justified interest of Scherl Holding Sp. z o. o. consisting in the possible determination or pursuit of claims or defense against claims - the legal basis for the processing of personal data is the legitimate interest of Scherl Holding Sp. z o. o. (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
The recipients of your personal data may be:
suppliers of IT systems, hosting and IT services,
entities providing services to Scherl Holding Sp. z o. o. accounting services, debt collection, legal, analytical and marketing services,
postal operators and couriers,
operators of electronic payment systems and banks in the field of payment processing,
authorities authorized to receive your personal data under the law.
Scherl Holding Sp. z o. o. you will not transfer your personal data to third countries.
Your personal data will be processed:
in the case of personal data processed for the purpose of concluding and performing sales contracts - for the time necessary to perform all obligations arising from the sales contracts,
in the case of personal data processed for the purpose of providing services to you electronically - for the duration of providing services to you electronically,
in the case of personal data processed for the purpose of sending to you by Scherl Holding Sp. z o. o. marketing content - until you object to the processing of personal data in this regard,
in the case referred to in point 3 letter d) above - for the duration of providing services to you electronically
in the case referred to in point 3 letter e) above - until the limitation period for claims expires. After this period, personal data will be processed only to the extent and for the time required by law, including accounting regulations.
Your personal data will be subject to profiling.
Any consent given may be withdrawn at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal. You have the right to access your personal data, rectify it, delete it or limit its processing, and submit a complaint to the supervisory authority in the field of personal data protection.
You have the right to transfer data, including the right to receive data and send it to another administrator or to request, if technically possible, to send the data directly to another administrator.
